The ladder

Past white belt takes the whole alphabet: capitals, lowercase, numbers, basic punctuation. Each rank after adds finished work and days at the pen. No rushing.
Seals of distinction

A seal marks one kind of excellence, from your craft or from people who use, buy, share and vouch for your fonts. Each count adds a ring.
